Responsibilities

Support SLP admin activities globally as a part-time intern
Support SLP admin work on Ariba supplier registration and MDG change request validation
Monitor the registration process and follow up if not completed within 1 week
Help suppliers troubleshoot registration issues (using video and job aids)
Support master data system issue analysis and resolution
Assist processing MBS tickets to identify and solve master data issues
Support running reports to track supplier status and find inconsistencies
Support master data clean up
