Requirements

  • Ability to supervise operators in direct execution of operations per SOPs and operational instructions
  • Leadership skills to ensure appropriate staffing, safety, compliance, and quality in manufacturing
  • Capability to maintain equipment in compliance and processes in a validated state
  • Resilience, collaboration, and creativity for fluid leadership in project delivery, startup (2026-2028), building organization, systems, and culture for GMP operations
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, GMP manufacturing, safety, environment, and quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations for tank farm, air emissions systems, truck/rail loading and unloading on respective area and shift
  • Act as management representative on shift, supervising operators to safely and compliantly support high-quality medicine manufacturing
  • Build and promote strong Safety and Quality culture; maintain safe working environment protecting safety, environment, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements; complete audit action items timely
  • Ensure tank farm, truck, and rail areas support production plan execution; maintain operational consistency through floor engagement
  • Set objectives and development plans for operators; respond to employee relations issues and escalate as needed
  • Enter Trackwise/Veeva events; participate in and lead CAPA investigations
  • Manage events with appropriate team communication and external input; provide input to investigations
