Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience as a coordinator or supervisor in Marketing and Communication areas, preferably in the consumer goods, entertainment, or communication agency sectors
  • Proven experience managing logistics, budgets, and multiple production teams
  • Strong understanding of the business and the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Languages: Portuguese – Native/Bilingual; English – Bilingual; Spanish – Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Develop 360° communication strategies and campaigns for Marvel and Star Wars franchises and products
  • Oversee agencies in the development of online, offline, and event campaigns
  • Coordinate with other company departments (Studios, Disney+, Integrated Marketing, Events, etc.) to ensure strategic and communication plan synergy
  • Measure campaign and project results through post-mortem reports, ensuring the implementation of optimizations for future campaigns
  • Manage budget control
  • Lead and develop a coordinator and a junior apprentice
  • Supervise the implementation of strategic, marketing, and communication plans for the Marvel and Star Wars franchises within Consumer Products, Games & Publishing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (category, retail, creative, integrated marketing, Studios, Disney+, etc.) and external partners (licensees and retailers) to ensure efficient execution of plans, driving product visibility and sales, while appropriately positioning brands to consumers
