5+ years of manufacturing experience
2+ years of people management experience
Experience practicing lean manufacturing principles
Excellent digital literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
Work independently and possess problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Communicates company goals, safety practices, and production deadlines to the team
Motivates team members through recognition and development
Assesses team performance weekly and provides feedback if necessary
Works with management on continuous improvement, including projects, etc
Communicates with management regularly, including status updates, blocking issues, etc
Supports the team responsible for manufacturing, repair, and supply of spare parts to the service organization/field
Manages training plans throughout manufacturing
Reports directly to the manufacturing manager
