High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years in a food manufacturing environment and production preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOPs and prerequisite programs
BRC audit knowledge preferred
Basic computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc.; SAP knowledge preferred
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; bilingual a plus
Responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks
