Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years in a food manufacturing environment and production preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOPs and prerequisite programs
  • BRC audit knowledge preferred
  • Basic computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc.; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; bilingual a plus
  • Responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks

  • Production floor checks
  • Performing GMP and housekeeping audits
  • Responsible for Team Member food safety training
  • Setting priorities, evaluating results, coordinating with others
