Certificación y Recertificación en estaciones claves

Responsibilities

Control y cumplimiento de la Producción
Administración de Recursos Humanos y Materiales
Cálculo de Eficiencia de Producción, Labor, Scrap y Primera vez en Calidad
Interpretación de requerimientos con Control de Producción (Materiales) a corto y a largo plazo
Seguimiento a planes de largos plazos
Comunicación y desarrollo de personal
Seguimiento a Sistemas de Calidad
Seguimiento a iniciativas de la planta
Planear las juntas de comunicación con sus subordinados
Manejo y desarrollo del personal
Apoyar las actividades del área de Seguridad, Medio ambiente y Salud Ocupacional, basados en las normas de ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 respectivamente
