Requirements

  • 3+ years prior brand management, franchise/brand strategy and/or marketing experience. Preferred Industries: Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Communication & Advertising and Technology
  • Degree in Marketing (preferred) or related careers
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Spanish native

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Americas strategic plans to drive business results, including merchandise, retail, & creative strategies
  • Assist in the development of commercialization strategies, via campaign ideation & development for retail and licensing partners
  • Support brand franchise activations including social media, influencer marketing, email & digital advertising
  • Apply acquired brand knowledge, review all marketing, social and retail collateral submitted by licensees for approvals
  • Develop & maintain brand franchise tools, including pitch decks and confidently present them to internal and external partners, including key licensees and retailers
  • Manage projects to meet key milestones based on business needs
  • Track licensee and retailer support for licensed merchandise associated with key evergreen properties as well as new content releases
  • Manage sensitive early asset delivery process
  • Liaise with Licensees and Retailers as needed
  • Act as a key contact and manage relationships with internal cross-functional partners
  • Build relationships with global partners and ensure timely & transparent communication
  • Think strategically and with a solution-oriented approach
