Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a billing operations role, including experience with Zuora and Salesforce. Proven supervisory experience supporting team members is required, along with excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask during high-volume order processing are essential. Candidates should also possess the ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve issues, demonstrate a collaborative working style with cross-functional experience, and be available for periodic flexible timezone meetings. Experience in the SaaS/technology industry, working with international teams, and knowledge of SOX controls are desired.

Responsibilities

The Supervisor, Billing Operations will lead and supervise an international team of analysts in order management and billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation. This role involves responding to and resolving internal and external customer inquiries, including handling escalations from billing, collections, and order management analysts. Key duties include reviewing and validating customer contracts across multiple systems to ensure financial data accuracy and contract provisioning, executing and owning SOX-compliant month-end reconciliations for billing and provisioning, and supporting quarterly and annual inquiries from external and internal auditors and tax consultants. The position also requires participation in and coordination of new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and training new team members.
