Requirements

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Comercio Internacional o carreras afines
  • Experiencia previa en procurement, supply chain o compras (mínimo 3 años)
  • Conocimiento de plataformas ERP (SAP, Ariba, Coupa o similares)
  • Habilidad para negociar, analizar información y generar soluciones orientadas a resultados
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo
  • Nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés
  • Se valorará experiencia o conocimiento en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a procesos, automatización de tareas y proyectos de mejora continua

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar de punta a punta los procesos de compra de bienes y servicios, asegurando cumplimiento, trazabilidad y eficiencia
  • Analizar las necesidades de las áreas internas y transformarlas en soluciones de abastecimiento efectivas y sostenibles
  • Participar en procesos de cotización, evaluación y negociación con proveedores locales y regionales/ABM
  • Generar, revisar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra (POs) y contratos
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión (KPIs, SLAs) e impulsar planes de mejora continua
  • Colaborar con equipos de Finanzas, Legal y Operaciones para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los acuerdos
  • Contribuir al desarrollo, evaluación y fortalecimiento de la red de proveedores
  • Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia, automatización y digitalización de procesos de procurement
