Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Manage day-to-day operations of a 24/7 production operation, providing direction to achieve site objectives
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures
Facilitate safety training and complete all incident investigations and reporting
Manage operational metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures with consistency across all shifts
Identify opportunities and provide support for resolution
Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
Drive lean management methodology implementation across the department
