Superintendent (Mechanical Construction) at AMT Engineering

The salary range for this position is $115,840.00 - $163,624.00, determined based on factors like internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

This is not a remote position; it requires on-site administrative and technical management of field related activities on construction projects, including the ability to travel to all job sites across multiple states and navigate a construction site.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry is required, along with superior communication and interpersonal skills, time management, organizational skills, basic financial acumen, strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
