Experience in construction project management from pre-construction through closeout
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices
Supervisory skills for roles including Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Field Assistant, and/or Intern

Responsibilities

Active participation in RFP responses, including developing presentations and participating in the pitch
Manage pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning
Create, maintain, and update accurate and detailed project schedules and weekly field updates
Manage field team, trade partners, and owner vendors with proactive communication
Proactively recognize and resolve on-site challenges and issues for timely resolution with minimum cost impact
Serve as an ambassador for Clune’s safety culture and OSHA standards, lead and document safety meetings, and maintain a safe work environment
Maintain project documentation on site
Manage the closeout process, including obtaining inspections, completing punch list work, commissioning equipment, and training owners/vendors
Review general conditions and labor requirements with the project management team, keeping financial commitments top of mind
Participate in business development and client relationship management through industry events, networking, and building relationships with clients and designers
Attend career fairs and client/industry events
Contribute to company growth by participating in the intern program, mentoring Interns, Project Engineers, and APMs, and role modeling professionally for Interns, Project Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents
Oversee on-site projects including site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction, working closely with the Project Manager
