Requirements

Actively pursuing or hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, computer science, business administration, information systems, or equivalent education (preferred)
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, Web Services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Able to complete an 8-week program beginning in June 2026
Able to work up to 40 hours per week
Live in (or willing to relocate to) Bristol or London
Permanent UK work authorisation

Responsibilities

Provide client-facing support within the legal technology environment
Assist with technical troubleshooting, focusing on issue resolution
Run and interpret SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting
Review and analyse system processes to identify areas for improvement
Contribute to incident and problem management efforts, helping to track, investigate, and resolve issues
Support change management activities by assisting with system updates and minor development tasks
Help implement controlled changes to systems and tools used by the legal operations team
