Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics
Proficiency in Python and/or Java
Fast learner and able to contribute, with a team-player mentality
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical members of the broader team
Previous experience at a financial firm is preferred

Responsibilities

Join an investment pod (e.g., Sovereign Rates Relative Value, Global Equity Volatility, Quantitative, Convertible Bond Arbitrage, Equity Capital Markets, and more)
Learn about various investment strategies
Complete a project that is both educational and a value add to the business
Present the project to the senior leadership team at the end of the summer
