Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Currently seeking a baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral degree and enrolled in an accredited college or university on a full-time basis or as required by the university's co-op program
Achieved 24 semester hours of academic credit before beginning the first work term
Desire to work in Commercial Insurance organization in Loss Control, Underwriting, and/or QA/QC areas
Area of study focused on Safety, Risk Management, or Insurance
Able to pass applicable background checks
Able to sign a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions

Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the business, corporate culture, and structure to support work
Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations
Generate creative ideas and actions in response to changing situations
Support and plan work on small projects with direction from management
Assume duties normally performed in the department, alongside professionals
Present project results to management and/or department personnel
Perform analytical work within assigned functional areas
Work with and learn about Commercial/Farm Ranch Underwriting, Commercial Loss Control, and CFR Quality and Assurance department
