Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operate folding and insertion machines for invoices and statements (Insert Operator)
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines (Insert Operator)
  • Set up and adjust machines; ensure proper alignment and document insertion (Insert Operator)
  • Learn from Senior Machine Operators and the Lead Operator about procedures and safety (Insert Operator)
  • Assist in equipment operations, maintenance, and adhere to SOPs and QA processes (Insert Operator)
  • Conduct quality checks, maintain security of sensitive documents, and prepare jobs for Post Office delivery (Insert Operator)
  • Communicate equipment issues and concerns to appropriate personnel (Insert Operator)
  • Monitor machine performance, report malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance (Insert Operator)
  • Ensure accuracy in sorting/insertion and maintain a clean, safe work area (Insert Operator)
  • Process paperwork and maintain records for reporting and tracking (Shipper/Receiver)
  • File shipping documents (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Manage the inventory of shipping materials and supplies (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Create and approve purchase requisitions for supply orders (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Sort and distribute incoming shipments (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Perform quality audits on shipped goods for incoming and outgoing items (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Resolve issues with missing documents, shipments, and deliveries (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Maintain an organized work area in compliance with policies and safety regulations (Shipper/Receiver)
  • Make deliveries using company vehicle as assigned (Shipper/Receiver)
