Requirements

Two or more years of relevant experience on a collaborative creative team
Strong communication skills to ensure partner expectations are understood and met
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience producing and delivering print-ready mechanicals using Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of printing and preflighting processes
Understanding of CMYK, spot and RGB color use and file formats common to a design environment
Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable in a production environment with aggressive timelines
Experience using project management software and cloud-based collaboration tools
Understanding of creative concept development process and brand standards
MAC OS X proficiency and Windows familiarity
Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Responsibilities

Work independently and collaboratively within the Integrated Production department, collectively responsible for thousands of deliverables each year
Create accurate and brand-aligned print mechanicals and digital files, working primarily with Adobe Creative Suite (approximately 80% of our production work is done in Adobe InDesign)
Build projected and physical presentations using a variety of tools, including online collaboration platforms
Participate in creative internals and QCs and provide input that results in high-quality, brand-aligned layouts and presentations
Follow file-naming conventions and file storage best practices from setup to archive
Estimate time required to complete any given set of tasks and prioritize across multiple projects and partners
Develop and maintain strong and up-to-date software, hardware and production competencies
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and support the team in identifying problems early
