Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting (or a combination of the three)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Client Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in People Management
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Campus or Corporate Recruiting
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Management

  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and data, and using them to make strategic changes

Responsibilities

  • People Leadership - Lead and develop a layered team of recruiters and client leads responsible for identifying and hiring top campus talent
  • Client Management - Partner with key business stakeholders and accountable executives as well as internal HR partners, campus programs teams, and other Students & Grads leaders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Strategy Development - Leverage data to create compelling recommendations and influence strategic recruitment decisions
  • Candidate Management – Guide the team in executing a sourcing and recruiting strategy that identifies top talent and delivers an optimal candidate experience from initial outreach to offer accept
  • Season Prep & Logistics - Collaborate with interview operations ahead of each season on forecasting, selection logistics, and interviewer engagement strategies
  • Administrative Tasks - Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill role requirements
