Strategy Advancement Advisor

Employment Type: Full-time Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $115,200 - $158,400 per year


Position Overview

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. This role provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.


Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
  • Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
  • Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision.
  • Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of technical experience.
  • 10+ years of Medicare experience.
  • 5 or more years of management experience.
  • Strong Financial Acumen.
  • Experience working in complex operating models.
  • Previous and successful leadership experience.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Experience working with or for large distribution organizations focused on the life and health space.
