Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, be based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate Hong Kong working hours, have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably from strategy consulting, and demonstrate a strong interest in the blockchain/crypto industry with knowledge of DeFi being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Director will develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals, work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives, recommend product pricing and monitor P&L, perform data analysis on users and products to identify trends and gaps, assist with strategic partnerships and investments, manage or mentor junior team members, and embody a ‘founder’s mentality’ with strong ownership.
