Requirements

  • Expertise in defining Communications strategies aligned with business transformational change programs
  • Proficiency in conducting stakeholder engagement sessions across various organizational levels to gain buy-in and explain transformation benefits
  • Ability to co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Experience driving communications for digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, and change adoption
  • Knowledge of leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
  • Capability to assist clients in developing change communications capabilities and becoming more agile
  • Skills in conducting Communications Need Analysis aligned with Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans
  • Ability to ensure smooth transitions to new ways of working through effective communications interventions
  • Team management experience, including exerting positive influence, providing mentorship, supporting professional development, and engaging in mutual feedback
  • Experience collaborating with functional teams for enterprise-wide transformation programs in a dynamic, international team environment where English is the common language
  • Proficiency in business development, including leading proposal development, supporting client meetings/orals, working with Capability Network/Market/Business leaders on proposals, SOW creation, and client pursuits
  • Willingness to travel to work with clients and deliver communication campaigns in large-scale transformational change

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead a team of consultants and/or analysts to deliver Communications/larger Change Management/Training projects
  • Discover stakeholders’ challenges and expectations and define a Communications strategy to support business transformational change programs, in line with the Change approach and strategy
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions across various levels in the client organization to gain buy-in and explain transformation benefits
  • Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Work with the client to drive communications for digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, and change adoption
  • Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications
  • Assist clients in developing their change communications capability and becoming more agile businesses
  • Conduct a Communications Need Analysis in line with the Change Management Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans
  • Ensure smooth transition to new ways of working through effective communications interventions
  • Exert strong positive influence and help in professional development for team members
  • Provide mentorship and support to consultants and analysts, ensuring continuous individual development
  • Constructively engage in mutual feedback process with supervisor and team members
  • Collaborate with functional teams for enterprise-wide transformation programs
  • Actively lead proposal development for communications CoE with client account teams and support market-specific business development efforts (client meetings, orals, etc.)
  • Work closely with Capability Network, Market, and Business leaders to help with proposal responses and SOW creation
