Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data modeling techniques. Experience with market research and financial analysis is also preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Strategy Associate/Senior Strategy Associate, you will assist the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success, develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, and other relevant domains, develop optimal pricing strategies, conduct market research and analysis, coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end, design and draft requirements for new products or features, evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities, project business results, and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic pivots.
