Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic / operational / business planning role
  • Experience in high-growth technology, SW, robotics, automation, or top-tier consulting firms
  • Proven track record leading strategic cross-functional programs or initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Experience with investor relations, board and executive-level communication, and high-stakes storytelling
  • Strategic marketing acumen, including building or managing content strategy, website strategy, and events
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with comfort in building models, business cases, and frameworks
  • Highly cross-functional, able to engage peers in product, engineering, operations, sales, etc., and drive consensus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, engineering, or related field); MBA or similar advanced degree from a top school a must

Responsibilities

  • Own Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects - Partner with the leadership team, launch, and drive cross-functional strategic programs (New business initiatives, operational transformation)
  • Investor Relations & External Communications - Assist in preparing board/investor decks, quarterly updates, fundraising materials, and strategic messaging
  • Partnerships & Corporate Development Support - Help evaluate and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, or ecosystem collaborations
  • Strategic Marketing, Brand & Go-To-Market Oversight - Lead the strategic marketing function, set strategy for brand, website, content, thought leadership, events/conferences
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence - Work across Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, finance, and Operations to align strategy with execution and break down silos
