Responsibilities

  • Manage the Spend Control Tower Intake: Lead and support Spend Control Tower process by reviewing business intake information, assisting business with the low spend contract needs and routing large spend requests to an assigned Category Manager for review and negotiation
  • Educate business stakeholders on the Spend Control Tower process
  • Requisition Oversight: Review and approve indirect sourcing requisitions in the procurement tool
  • Ensure that appropriate information is present in the requisition and ensure that information matches that of Spend Control Tower intake
  • Assist with indirect sourcing tasks, escalations, and day-to-day operational support
  • Contracting & Compliance: Negotiate and execute low value contracts and amendments
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Privacy to ensure sourcing activities adhere to relevant security, privacy, legal and compliance standards
  • Assist business with onboarding new suppliers or revising information for existing suppliers
