They should have 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management supporting operations. Extensive knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement processes and methodologies is required, along with proven experience in developing sourcing strategies, particularly in MRO and maintenance service categories. Proficiency in contract formation and administration, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in business analysis, market research, financial analysis, and should-cost models are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, are also necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required.
