Requirements

Advanced experience in Sourcing & New Product Sourcing
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

Responsibilities

Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies
Achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction
Optimize the part & material definitions at R&D stage to make it easier to source
Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline and use prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy
Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
Impact projects, processes, and procedures in own field, operating with some autonomy focused on execution within standard functional practices
Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve problems, leveraging technical skills and analytic thinking
Use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions
