Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing activities for the ISS X-Ray Generation portfolio, managing 25+ vendors with ~$25M annual spend
Develop supplier strategies, conduct negotiations (including pricing), and establish supply agreements
Support sourcing for select Product Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, including supplier evaluation and selection
Provide sourcing support for the local manufacturing site to ensure alignment with operational needs and supply continuity
Develop, plan, organize, and implement national/regional contracting and sourcing strategies/programs to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Understand key sourcing markets and execute sourcing processes for best value in ISS X-Ray Generation
Lead analysis of supplier proposals for optimal spend allocation in supplier selection and contract awarding
Lead negotiations of commercial and contractual terms (with legal support) to manage GEHC commercial and contractual risks
Establish strong relationships with strategic suppliers, involve them early in NPI processes, and develop long-term partnerships across product lifecycle
Influence and manage key/strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance and value throughout contract lifecycle
Provide management information, reports, analyses, and insights on costs and supplier performance
Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing policies and processes within the division
Provide sourcing and supplier management support to local operations and materials teams
