Requirements

Advanced experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives (comparable to Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience outside USA; Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years experience in USA)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies to achieve best contractual conditions and ensure internal customer satisfaction
Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools
Review and improve processes
Work on special initiatives
Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline and use prior experience to execute functional policy/strategy
Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services
Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information in straightforward situations
Impact projects, processes, and procedures in own field with some autonomy, using professional judgment
Utilize technical expertise and analytic thinking to solve problems, leveraging multiple internal sources
