Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives (comparable to Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience outside USA; Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years experience in USA)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies to achieve best contractual conditions and ensure internal customer satisfaction
  • Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools
  • Review and improve processes
  • Work on special initiatives
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline and use prior experience to execute functional policy/strategy
  • Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information in straightforward situations
  • Impact projects, processes, and procedures in own field with some autonomy, using professional judgment
  • Utilize technical expertise and analytic thinking to solve problems, leveraging multiple internal sources
