Responsibilities

  • Data entry and updating of the CRM database
  • Assist in onboarding administration and compliance of top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network
  • Assist the team and Project Managers with other administration and / or operational tasks
  • Coordination of phone consultation sessions for subject matter experts in Japan
  • Assist with occasional industry research across multiple sectors based on project needs in the team
  • Assist the Strategic Research team with their outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues
