Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage the business rhythm (MBRs, QBRs, KPI reviews), ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track goals, KPIs, and business performance; translate data into actionable insights
  • Drive high-impact transformation initiatives that translate into real-world outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects that are high-impact and often ambiguous in nature; drive clarity, structure, and delivery
  • Partner with SVPs and senior leaders to define priorities, track progress, and communicate outcomes
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver value
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
