Responsibilities

Architect and manage the business rhythm (MBRs, QBRs, KPI reviews), ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
Build and maintain dashboards to track goals, KPIs, and business performance; translate data into actionable insights
Drive high-impact transformation initiatives that translate into real-world outcomes
Lead cross-functional strategic projects that are high-impact and often ambiguous in nature; drive clarity, structure, and delivery
Partner with SVPs and senior leaders to define priorities, track progress, and communicate outcomes
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver value
Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
