Candidates should possess 5-7 years of work experience in quantitative business functions such as FP&A, Data Science, Revenue Management, and/or Business Intelligence, with a college degree or relevant certifications. They must have advanced experience in data modeling, SQL, and/or Snowflake, along with proficiency in Python and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with prompt engineering is considered a plus.
The Strategic Planning & Budgeting Specialist will lead collaborative processes to develop robust marketing transaction and budget forecasts, design and implement data models and simulations, identify areas for process improvement, calculate and forecast profitability of campaigns, and prepare business case evaluations including NPV, ROI, and Customer Lifetime Value analyses. They will also create and lead management presentations on campaign and channel-specific key drivers, metrics, and performance, and work cross-functionally to optimize channel mix and spend.
