This field-based role requires the ability to travel up to 60% of the time, and proximity to a major airport is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Field Reimbursement and Market Access Manager will manage and execute reimbursement strategies to ensure patient access to therapy and optimize market access for Aquablation. Responsibilities include educating and training hospitals and practices on coding, coverage, payment, and patient authorization processes, and organizing reimbursement education meetings for existing customers. The role involves serving as the primary ongoing reimbursement resource for customers, collaborating closely with field sales teams, and assisting patients with insurance coverage and payer appeals. Additionally, the manager will solicit, analyze, and present customer financial data during business reviews.
