Requirements

Candidates should possess program and project management experience, along with data analysis or strategic planning and deployment experience. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to drive action and collaborate effectively with various teams, including leadership, sales, product, and marketing. High emotional intelligence and the ability to partner with all areas of the business are also required.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Initiatives Analyst will support the creation of strategic plans for new and existing initiatives, engaging relevant stakeholders across the organization. They will also support the execution of Sales Initiatives Performance Review and Management, defining KPIs, monitoring progress, and optimizing initiatives as needed. Furthermore, the Analyst will execute post-launch accountability of strategic initiatives and coordinate initiatives with cross-functional teams to pursue growth or cost-saving opportunities.
