Candidates must possess exceptional program or project management skills within a SaaS or tech-driven environment, demonstrate comfort sparring with Product and Engineering teams, and have a strong executive presence with crisp storytelling abilities. Experience working across multiple regions and functions is required, along with the ability to be based in one of our North American offices (New York City, San Francisco, or Bellevue - Seattle).
The Strategic Ecosystem Lead will drive alignment and execution across teams to support key partnership initiatives, remove roadblocks, clarify priorities, and ensure initiatives land with impact. This role involves building the necessary processes and infrastructure to scale execution across regions, coordinating with Product, GTM, and Ops teams to connect strategic vision with day-to-day delivery, and reporting progress to leadership while linking outcomes to measurable business value.
