Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges, and explain and demonstrate the value of Harvey’s AI solutions
  • Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers’ specific legal problems (e.g., researching public and private databases, drafting and analyzing contractual provisions and documents, analyzing briefs and filings, corporate governance, conducting due diligence)
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to various law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams, validating value and showcasing relevant features and benefits
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop content tailored to lawyers’ practice areas and client types
  • Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” providing legal perspective to improve sales strategies and synthesize feedback for the product team
  • Tailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs
  • Further the market perception of Harvey as credible, substantive, and helpful in applying AI to legal work
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors
  • Build consultative relationships with law firm partners, associates, and in-house attorneys at private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies
  • Partner with Account Executives to support all aspects of the sales strategy and secure the “legal win” through customer discovery, education, targeted meetings, and demos
