Requirements

  • Master's degree in STEM disciplines, Economics, or Business Management
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting firms or companies in roles strongly oriented towards data usage, analysis, and interpretation
  • Excellent quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities supported by an analytical mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good knowledge of main trends in Data & Analytics, Martech, and Business Intelligence
  • Ambition to excel in innovative strategic consulting environments and propensity to work in multifunctional teams
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages

Responsibilities

  • Lead Data & Analytics transformation projects (cross-industry and cross-market), defining the best data-based strategies to enable clients to achieve business objectives
  • Define evolutionary roadmaps and develop business cases to evaluate costs and benefits of Data & Analytics initiatives
  • Lead the development of data-driven use cases for the evolution of cross-functional business processes (e.g., Marketing & Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.)
  • Work closely with client business referents to ensure alignment with business objectives and proper project governance
  • Define operating models, governance mechanisms, processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure data diffusion, access, and activation within client organizations
