Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English
2-6 years of experience in IT/Security Management Consulting, including leadership positions, owning relationships with executives, and working on infosec/IT issues (technical and operational cybersecurity)
Experience in Security Program Development, including contributing to the development, management, and implementation of security programs
Strong communication and writing skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Self-motivated with a passion for cybersecurity, innovation, and customer focus
Ability to keep up with latest cyber breaches and emerging trends from government and private sector perspectives
Interest in assessing customer maturity, pain points, and developing improvement plans

Responsibilities

Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements, engaging with management-level individuals across industries
Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively to mature organizational security posture
Develop cutting-edge scenarios to exercise customers' full range of response capabilities
Produce and ensure delivery of high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management
Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity
Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams
Support engagement leadership with task-oriented activities and reporting to ensure projects are on time and to highest standards
Contribute to methodology development and other back-office tasks
