Responsibilities

Lead and manage the SKECHERS concept store in Rosengårdcentret, Odense, reporting to the District Manager
Drive sales and develop/motivate employees to realize the store's potential
Ensure strong sales and service performance, striving for daily and monthly goals
Actively participate in daily floor tasks
Handle administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and monthly reporting
Ensure the sales team maintains high service and product knowledge levels, following guidelines
Receive and provide in-depth training on SKECHERS collection, concept, and business practices
