- Solid experience as a store manager, preferably in the shoe or sports industry
- Skilled at creating customer contact, listening to their needs, and providing the best experience
- Natural ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve top results
- Actively involved in daily floor tasks and part of the team
- Positive, approachable, with good energy and enthusiasm

- Good at planning and prioritizing store operations

- Willing to work weekends every other weekend and during peak periods
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SKECHERS concept store in Field´s Shopping Center, reporting to the District Manager
- Drive sales and develop/motivate employees to realize the store's potential
- Ensure strong sales and service performance, striving for daily and monthly goals
- Actively participate in daily floor tasks
- Handle administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and monthly reporting
- Ensure the sales team maintains high service and product knowledge levels, following guidelines
- Receive and provide training on SKECHERS collection, concept, and business practices
