  • Ensure strong sales and service performance, striving for daily and monthly goals
  • Actively participate in daily floor tasks
  • Handle administrative tasks such as shift scheduling and monthly reporting
  • Ensure the sales team maintains high service and product knowledge levels, following guidelines
  • Receive and provide training on SKECHERS collection, concept, and business practices
