  • Interest in developing skills for a store leadership role, such as Executive Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager)
  • Willingness to work closely with managers, team members, and a mentor
  • Ability to lead and support execution of daily operations on the store salesfloor and backroom

Responsibilities

  • Lead amongst team members on the store salesfloor and backroom, aligning the team on daily business priorities
  • Drive guest experience and deliver great guest service
  • Impact store’s financial, team, and operational performance
  • Learn and step into leading mentor's department(s), including motivating a team, driving sales results, and merchandising products
  • Build and manage a guest-first team culture
  • Engage with guests, including problem-solving and resolution
  • Set and plan department(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and manage a team to deliver service and sales goals
  • Manage a team of hourly team members and team leaders, including recruiting, selecting, and talent management
  • Participate in ongoing developmental conversations and build leadership skills for career growth
