- Active Front Store colleague with limited availability
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Reliable attendance, when scheduled
- Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Physical ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly, including overhead lifting
- Visual acuity for close work such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details
Responsibilities
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving service issues
- Focusing on the customer with warm greetings, eye contact, and help locating items
- Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions per company policies
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed
- Supporting store opening and closing activities as needed
- Providing customer support to all departments (e.g., photo, beauty), ensuring they are stocked and operational, and staying current with services/tools
- Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
