Requirements

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid Driver’s License (preferred), and have proof of insurance. They should have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate a desire to develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of experience as a store associate or customer service representative and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, informing them of BRS products and services, and building relationships. They will drive sales in all departments, replenish and maintain inventory, perform cashier functions, ensure accurate pricing and quantities, process refunds and exchanges, balance register drawers, and bag or box purchases for safe transport. Additionally, they will maintain store safety standards, cleanliness, and assist in promotions and events, and may be required to observe BRS vehicle policies, deliver items to customers, follow delivery routes and schedules, and inform managers of vehicle problems.
