Responsibilities

The Store Associate will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, informing them of BRS products and services, and building relationships while driving sales through BRS products. They will also be responsible for knowledge of BRS products to provide recommendations, replenish and maintain inventory, perform cashier functions, adhere to minor policies, operate scanners and cash registers, accept payments, ensure accurate pricing and quantities, process refunds and exchanges, balance register drawers, bag purchases, maintain store safety standards, assist in promotions and events, observe BRS vehicle policies, deliver items to customers following driving routes and time schedules, inform managers of vehicle operating condition problems, and maintain all safety standards for BRS deliveries.
