  • Work closely with ETL-AP mentor to learn AP business and team functions
  • Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
  • Partner with store leaders on TM performance through teaching, coaching, training, and feedback
  • Influence and validate security culture by driving physical security, safety processes, and crisis response
  • Lead store response to emergency crisis situations and create plans for in-store events
  • Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures
  • Educate store leadership on merchandise protection
