Responsibilities

The Station Supervisor will conduct recruitment for Rider/Driver manpower as needed and manage workflow effectively. They will create and organize employee schedules, assist in resolving employee issues and disputes, communicate effectively with the team, and understand the Ninja operator system. Additionally, they will handle email disputes, manage COD reports and storage, and oversee freelance salary submissions and route monitoring.
