Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of experience as a CSA, GOA, or Supervisor, and a valid, unexpired driver’s license. They must be authorized to work in the US and be able to pass a criminal background check. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Station Supervisor will ensure compliance with customer service, baggage handling, and departure dependability, analyze and evaluate work methods to improve station operations, maintain station equipment and supplies, oversee baggage service, audit training records, and establish relationships with various contacts. They will also provide training resources, resolve customer complaints, promote a teamwork environment, and model Allegiant’s customer service standards while performing routine and non-routine administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
