Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare technology, program management/delivery, survey administration, or survey analytics. Proven success in data management or survey administration, leading cross-functional teams through influence, and excellent communication, leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills are required. Proficiency with Excel is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The HOS Program Delivery Lead will develop, manage, and oversee day-to-day operations for various HOS matrix teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in survey administration and data handling. This role involves tracking metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and barriers, defining targeting strategies, and coordinating activities for successful survey administration. Responsibilities include implementing regular reporting for HOS initiatives, developing and communicating key metrics and goals, optimizing survey administration, managing data ingestion, maintaining an insights library, and coordinating analytics requests. The lead will also advise executives on functional strategies impacting the Medicare Stars program and deepen partnerships with data and analytics organizations.
