Requirements

Student in a field related to RSE (CSR) and environment, preparing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree, seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2026
First professional or associative experience demonstrating interest in RSE topics
Excellent project management skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel and comfort with quantitative reporting
Autonomous, rigorous, curious, organized, with initiative and ability to make proposals
Mastery of English in writing and orally

Responsibilities

Support strengthening the climate strategy, transition plan, and net-zero trajectory (quantification, reporting, analysis) within WorldClimate
Coordinate deployment of employee training plan on environmental issues and animate the network of animators
Create communication supports and presentations for onboarding sessions
Monitor best practices
Coordinate drafting of the annual sustainability report (transversal RSE)
Create and update communication supports related to the firm's ESG issues
Organize occasional events to raise awareness among employees on environmental issues and animate the internal network
