Responsibilities

  • Learning journeys ontwerpen: ontwikkelen van leertrajecten die aansluiten bij de behoeften van verschillende teams of doelgroepen
  • E-learnings creëren: helpen bij het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van digitale leermiddelen, met didactische expertise
  • Trainingen en webinars organiseren: werken aan het logistieke en inhoudelijke proces samen met L&D Specialisten en Coördinatoren
  • Onboarding ondersteunen: actieve rol in de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s in Amsterdam en Antwerpen
  • Leren van de Besten: verantwoordelijkheid voor het concept waarbij interne experts een podium krijgen om kennis te delen
  • Aanbod van leveranciers: meebeslissen over selectie van leveranciers voor maatwerktrainingen vanuit didactische kennis
  • Eigen ideeën indienen over hoe waarde toe te voegen
