Excellent level of English (spoken and written)
Based in Paris La Défense (open to telework)

Sector analysis (trends, competition), strategic reviews, target and potential acquirer research, pitch writing
Financial analysis and valuation of real estate, hotel companies, and assets
Participation in transaction execution: preparation of transactional documentation, management of sale and acquisition processes, negotiation follow-up
Contribution to firm life (team recruitment, training animation, business development, HR management)
